Dennis J. McLaughlin – Managing Broker / Owner – Naples Realty International, LLC

Dennis originally from Long Island New York spent the first twenty years of his career in the communications industry where he held several senior level executive positions at large publicly traded communications companies, such as Viacom, AT&T and Excite@Home. During his career in the communications industry he had the opportunity to travel and live in five states and two countries. Dennis has lived in Long Island, NY, Nashville, TN, Dallas, TX, Danville, CA and Naples, FL. He also had two international assignments, where he lived in Europe for five years, four years in the United Kingdom and one year in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

After twenty years in the communications industry, Dennis decided to relocate to the Naples Florida area to spend more time with his family and start a new chapter in his life. With few corporations based in Southwest Florida, Dennis looked at the Naples real estate market and decided the timing was right to sell real estate. So in 2003, he went back to school to earn his Florida real estate license.

Once licensed, with only two things on his mind; excellence and exceptional customer service he focused his energy on becoming one of the area’s top real estate professionals. This year marks his 13th year in real estate and Dennis proudly boasts over 500 closed transactions and now owns and manages his own real estate brokerage, Naples Realty International, LLC. There are not many Broker’s with Dennis’s experience, dedication and perseverance. Many agents seek Dennis’s counsel during transactions, during marketing presentations, and for general advice about the real estate business. Lana L. McLaughlin – Broker Associate / Owner – Naples Realty International, LLC

Lana, originally from New England. grew up in Bangor, Maine, and lived in Boston and Hanover NH. before moving to Southwest Florida in 1998. Lana became familiar with Southwest Florida as a teenager while vacationing with her grandparents on Bonita Beach. In 1998, she decided that she had enough of the cold winters up north and decided to move to sunny Southwest Florida.

Lana began her career in real estate in 2003 after successful careers in the retail and the hospitality industries. She started her career in real estate with an initial focus selling new homes for US Homes / Lennar as an Onsite Sales Representative. During her employment with US Home / Lennar she was recognized as one of the companies top sales associates, winning multiple customer service and sales performance wards. She averaged over $20 million dollars per year in sales during her employment at Lennar and achieved the "Platinum Circle Pinnacle Performer Award of Excellence" by the Sales & Marketing Council of the Lee County Building Industry Association in 2006.

In early 2008, while the US real estate market was in decline, Lana decided to move into general real estate where she focused on selling new home builder inventory, resale homes and short sale and foreclosure properties. Lana felt that after 5 years of new home sales she should expand he knowledge and skills to include representation of resale sellers and both resale and new home buyers. Lana has sold over 500 homes and has achieved all of the top real estate designations.
